Centuria315 was founded by Heinrich von Solms, an entrepreneur with a passion for collaboration, innovation, and creating commercial opportunities.
The journey began in 2006 when Heinrich partnered with property developer Francois Fouché. Although he was working full-time in the IT industry and had little experience in property development, he played a key role in negotiating with landowners, retailers, and other stakeholders during the development of a new shopping centre in South Africa. The project was successfully completed, and Heinrich ultimately became a shareholder in the development.
